Guided evidence collection
Client requests, temporary uploads, document validation, and source manifests.
Chapter Verity helps bankruptcy law firms transform client documents into source-cited facts, deterministic calculations, reviewable scenarios, and auditable work product—without handing legal judgment to automation.
202 admitted items · 3 conflicts require counsel review
Every stage preserves the separation between client evidence, extracted facts, deterministic calculations, advisory analysis, and legal judgment.
Client requests, temporary uploads, document validation, and source manifests.
Every extracted value retains document, page, field, confidence, and reviewer state.
Versioned federal and state rules produce reproducible calculation receipts.
Questions, exceptions, scenarios, and outputs remain blocked until attorney disposition.
Chapter Verity’s authority boundary is structural, not merely a disclaimer. Advisory AI cannot approve filings, select exemptions, alter authoritative facts, determine eligibility, or create legal effect.
Every subscription includes role-based client, staff, and attorney portals; guided evidence intake; Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 workflow; attorney-controlled AI assistance; filing-date scenarios; document drafts; portfolio reporting; provider integration; and audit receipts. Rates below are preliminary, nonbinding launch pricing.

Stripe securely collects payment credentials. Chapter Verity does not store card details. Checkout purchases the selected subscription and implementation service; production access remains gated by identity, security, jurisdiction, and signed-scope approval.
Estimate excludes provider cloud and AI consumption, court/PACER fees, credit reports, SMS, taxes, data migration, and unapproved jurisdiction work. ROI follows the ARCoach-style transparent assumption model and is illustrative only.

Annual, pilot, migration, custom integration, security review, Chapter 11/Subchapter V, and additional-jurisdiction terms require a written scope. Subscriptions do not include legal services and are not contingent on case outcomes or firm revenue.
Tell us about the firm’s workflow—not its clients. Do not submit names, case numbers, documents, account details, health data, Social Security numbers, or other client information here.
Availability: Georgia and Florida are enabled in the current prototype. Other states and Chapter 11/Subchapter V remain fail closed until approved packages and verification are complete.
